These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("user", "student", "you") and RankDost ("we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the RankDost website, dashboard, mock test engine, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
RankDost is built for students preparing for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and NEET. To use the Service, you must:
You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. A single account is meant for use by one individual student.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Creating multiple accounts to bypass test limits, trial restrictions, or subscription pricing is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
You agree to keep your name, phone number, and target exam information accurate and up to date via the Settings page, as this data is used to personalize your test recommendations and analytics.
RankDost offers multiple subscription tiers — Basic, Pro, Premium, and Elite — each with a defined validity period and number of included mock tests, as displayed on the Subscription page at the time of purchase.
Each plan includes a fixed quota of tests and a fixed validity window (e.g. 1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Unused tests do not roll over once a plan expires, and validity periods are not paused or extended except where required by law or expressly agreed by RankDost support.
You may upgrade your plan at any time from the Subscription page. Upgrading takes effect immediately; any remaining validity or test count on your previous plan is adjusted proportionally at RankDost's discretion, and the new plan's limits will apply going forward.
Where free or trial access is offered, it may be limited in features, test count, or duration, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Our mock tests are designed to replicate the real NTA exam pattern as closely as possible, including timing, navigation, and the question palette.
Each test runs on a fixed countdown timer. Tests are auto-submitted when time expires. Closing the browser tab, losing internet connectivity, or refreshing the page during a test may result in loss of unsaved answers — we strongly recommend a stable connection and not navigating away mid-test.
Mock tests are intended to reflect your genuine preparation level. Using unauthorized aid, impersonation, or any method to manipulate scores undermines the purpose of the platform and may lead to your test results being flagged or invalidated.
Unless otherwise specified for a particular paper, RankDost mock tests follow the standard NTA-style marking scheme: +4 for a correct answer and −1 for an incorrect answer, with 0 marks for unattempted questions.
While we make every effort to ensure answer keys are accurate, occasional errors may occur, especially in recently added papers. If you believe an answer key is incorrect, please report it via Contact Us, including the paper name and question number. Verified corrections will be updated, and affected scores recalculated where feasible.
Mock test scores are an indicative measure of preparation and are not a guarantee of performance in the actual JEE or NEET examination.
Your dashboard displays test history, subject-wise accuracy, and progress trends based on your actual attempts. Where AI-assisted analysis is offered (e.g. on Premium or Elite plans), it is provided as a study aid only.
All test papers, questions, explanations, branding, and platform design on RankDost are owned by RankDost or licensed to us, except where a question is sourced from a publicly released official paper (e.g. JEE Main PYQs), which is used for educational reference purposes.
You agree to use RankDost only for its intended purpose: personal exam preparation. This includes using your real identity, accurate target exam selection, and genuine test attempts.

We aim to keep RankDost available, accurate, and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages (e.g. Firebase, payment gateway) may occasionally affect access.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features, test papers, or pricing plans at any time. Where a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.
RankDost relies on third-party infrastructure, including Firebase (authentication and database) and a payment gateway for processing transactions. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to the respective third party's own terms and privacy practices.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankDost disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
RankDost does not guarantee that mock test scores, rank predictions, or analytics will correspond to your actual performance in JEE, NEET, or any other examination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankDost and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of study time, or any outcome related to your performance in a competitive examination, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, RankDost's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription plan in the preceding 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, or misused the Service in a way that harms RankDost or other users.
You may delete your own account at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your test history, analytics, and personal data from our systems, and does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period except as described in our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of RankDost after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
